By submitting your registration, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

The camp is open to current football players entering grades 7–12. Participants must register by the posted deadline and submit required waivers.

2. Payment & Refunds

Registration requires a non-refundable $30 fee unless a scholarship is awarded. Scholarships are limited and based on need.

3. Waivers

A signed safety waiver is required for all participants, coaches, and volunteers. Participation is not permitted without completed waivers.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to demonstrate respect, good sportsmanship, and appropriate behavior. Disruptive conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Media Release

By participating, you grant The Chosen Foundation permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of participants for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

6. Schedule Changes

The Chosen Foundation reserves the right to modify camp details (time, location, staff, etc.) due to weather, safety, or other considerations. Registered participants will be notified of any changes.

7. Liability

The Chosen Foundation, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.
